Moselle Valley Tour 2026
Moselle Valley Tour 2026
Reminders
Actions required for all Parents/Guardians of students going on tour
Key Steps to Complete
1) Rooming, activity & medicine consent form
Please complete this form to indicate the following:
1. Your child’s rooming preferences. We will try our best to accommodate preferences as much as possible, but can not guarantee that every preference will be met*.
2. Your child’s activity preferences for a lakeside beach trip.
3. Consent for an optional chairlift activity
4. Consent and further information regarding medication.
2) Rehearsal Dates
Please note below the timings of extra tour rehearsals (expand the toggles to view timings and groups).
NB: the rehearsal originally planned for 18 April has been cancelled.
At certain points in the day are massed rehearsals involving all students. As a result, if your child is in more than one ensemble, you may see a timing overlap.
3) Policies
It’s important that all students attending the tour and Parents/Guardians read the below policies ahead of the trip.
If you would like to discuss any of the tour policies, please feel free to contact our Operations Director, Martha Gibbons – martha.gibbons@mmf.org.uk
Useful Information
Visual Itinerary
We’ve created a visual itinerary pack for young musicians to explore before the trip. It includes an overview of where we’ll be staying, what we’ll be doing each day, and answers to frequently asked questions.
If you would prefer a paper copy of the itinerary, you are welcome to pick one up from our Music Centre South Wimbledon.
