During the festive season our offices and phone lines will be closed from midday on Friday 20 December until 9am on Monday 6 January. During this time we will be operating a significantly reduced back-office support service, we apologise for any delay in responding to your query.

Usual Opening Hours
Our main office and phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm during the school term.
Our office is based in our South Wimbledon Music Centre, so it is also possible to collect / return instruments during our Music Centre opening hours, which are Mondays 4pm – 9:30pm, Tuesdays 4pm – 6:30pm, Wednesdays 4pm – 9:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am – 2:30pm.

Our four Music Centres operate during the school term, 10 weeks per term.
