Royal Albert Hall 2026 school participant info
Concert date: Tuesday 10 March 2026
This page is for parents/guardians of pupils in Merton schools who are participating
in MMF’s Royal Albert Hall concert on Tuesday 10 March 2026.
Tickets
Tickets go on sale from 10am on Tuesday 13 January and can be purchased from the Royal Albert Hall’s website. A limited number of tickets can also be purchased directly from MMF.
More information and the ticket booking link will be shared via this page nearer to the time of the event.
It is recommended that parents/guardians refer to the school stage seating plan (see below) before buying tickets to identify where your child will be sat during the performance so you can ensure good line of sight.
Financial assistance
Every child deserves to perform in the spotlight and have a loved one there to support them.
We have worked hard to keep ticket prices low and will be offering a budget-friendly ticket option to support access for all families.
For families in financial hardship, MMF is providing 200 free tickets to schools to enable family members of performers from low-income backgrounds to attend the performance. Bursary tickets will be allocated to schools based on the number of pupils attending and weighted according to each school’s percentage of pupils in receipt of Free School Meals.
More information about the free ticket scheme will be shared with schools soon.
Photo & video consent
During rehearsals and the concert itself, we will be taking photographs and videos (including pupil interviews) to capture the hard work, dedication and joy of being part of this event. Some rehearsal photos may also appear in the souvenir concert programme.
To make this possible, we kindly ask you to complete the photo/video consent form by Saturday 10 January. Giving consent means your child may be featured in official photos, videos and promotional content, helping us celebrate their contribution to this remarkable event.
Important: photos & videos at RAH
Please note that by allowing your child to attend this event you acknowledge that, whilst your photo consent preferences will be respected regarding close-up images, they may however be included in wide angle official photographs of the event. You also acknowledge that audience members may take their own photos and videos during the concert. If your child must not be photographed for safeguarding reasons, please contact us on the email below so that special arrangements can be made: comms@mmf.org.uk

RAH School Lead Teachers site visit to the Royal Albert Hall
Monday 9 February, 4.30pm – 6pm. This is a chance for Merton teachers to visit the hall, see the waiting areas and walk their routes to and from their performance seats. This will help schools complete their own Risk Assessments and ask any outstanding questions about the performance day.
