Usual Opening Hours
Our main office and phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm during the school term.
Our office is based in our South Wimbledon Music Centre, so it is also possible to collect / return instruments during our Music Centre opening hours, which are Mondays 4pm – 9:30pm, Tuesdays 4pm – 6:30pm, Wednesdays 4pm – 9:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am – 2:30pm.

Opening During School Holidays
Our office and phone line opening times vary during the school holidays. This page will be updated ahead of each school holiday with further details.
Our Music Centres close during school holidays. Please note that the first Saturday of half-term is a teaching day other than during the Autumn Term, when we close both Saturdays of half-term.
Christmas Holidays 2023 Opening Times
Our office and Music Centres will be closed from 12pm on Thursday 21 December until 9am on Monday 8th January 2024, however we will be maintaining limited back-office support during this period. More information to follow.
If you aren’t able to reach us by phone during the holidays, please send any enquiries to admin@mmf.org.uk and we will respond to your query as soon as possible upon reopening.
Spring Term lessons, classes and ensembles in schools and Music Centres will resume from Monday 8 January.
