Strictly Viola at Links Primary School
Are you interested in supporting your child to learn to play a musical instrument, but don’t know where to start?
Strictly Viola
‘Strictly Viola’ is a 5-week trial course where children in Years 3-6 at Links Primary will learn the basics in a small group lesson, led by a specialist tutor. Lessons take place in the music room at 3.15-4pm on Tuesdays from 22 April.
‘Strictly’ projects are subsidised by Merton Music Foundation, participants only pay a £15 participation fee which covers 5 x 45-minute group lessons and instrumental hire for half a term. At the end of the project, if your child would like to continue learning viola at school in a 1-1 lesson, they benefit from a 25% discount on lesson fees and hire for the first term.
NB: Your child must attend Links Primary and be in Year 3, 4, 5 or 6 to participate in this project, please keep an eye on our website for future projects in other Merton schools.
