Our flagship jazz band, Merton Youth Jazz Orchestra, caused quite a stir with their performance at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. It’s such an honour to play for visitors to the All England Lawn Tennis Club but no-one was more pleased to have them back than the Singing Groundsman who joined the band with ‘I’ve Got You Under My Skin’, much to the delight of the audience, including other ground staff who gathered to watch his performance.
