It’s been fantastic welcoming back our friends from New York’s Jazz at Lincoln Center to Merton to deliver an exciting series of concerts and workshops to our Music Centre jazz bands as well as schools from across the borough.
Our visitors, part of the Let Freedom Swing education jazz ensemble, were joined by familiar faces Flavio li Vigni (drums) and Ed Babar (double bass) alongside Mark Kavuma (trumpet/piano) to engage and inspire a new generation.
